When you’re ready to quit tobacco, there’s help available to support your journey. Here are resources that offer a variety of proven methods to help. Because everyone is different, no one method is going to work for everyone.

Know Your Resources

There are a lot of quit resources: in-person or online group cessation classes, one-on-one cessation counseling, phone support and cessation planning, text to quit programs and programs that can combine these methods to create a unique program just for you.

Take Action! Knowing how to contact local leaders is vital. Share your thoughts about tobacco control and public health issues with elected officials to make your voice heard.
